MORAL CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE NEW COVID-19 VACCINES
Many have struggled with getting the covid vaccine because of the use of aborted fetal cell lines, no matter how remote. The United States Catholic Bishops have stated: "Given that the COVID-19 virus can involve serious health risks, it can be morally acceptable to receive a vaccine that uses abortion-derived cell lines if there are no other available vaccines comparable in safety and efficacy with no connection to abortion." We have been advised to take action where we can to discourage the use of fetal cells. That being said, please see the link below for the USCCB letters to pharmaceutical companies telling them that we want morally ethical vaccinations which do not use aborted fetal cell lines. You just need to add your address, date it, sign it and send it. Please join in sending letters to these companies.
Pope Francis renewed his appeal to the international community to forgive the debt of poor countries whose financial burdens have worsened due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Because prayer is a dialogue with God, people should not dismiss or be embarrassed by saying their prayers out loud or in a whisper, Pope Francis said.
