Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
James 5:16
The ministry of prayer cannot be overstated. There are things beyond our comprehension that can only be understood and accepted through prayer.

A global Ministry of over 40 million Catholics focused on devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. We seek to develop a closer and more personal relationship with Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist through our slow Conversion of Heart through our daily prayer and loving service to others, what we call “The Way of the Heart”. You are invited to attend our meetings every First Friday each month, at 9:30am or 6:30pm in the Church Atrium. For additional information please contact Doug Krauze at 914.805.5830 or visit www.apostleshipofprayerwarwick.com.
Blessed is She is a discussion group for women ages 25 - 45 that desire sisterhood and a more profound relationship with God. The group utilizes resources from the national Catholic women’s ministry Blessed is She. This year’s study is Home A Blessed Conversations Catholic Study on the Virtues of Mary. Each session will focus on one virtue of Mary through scripture, reflection, and discussion. This is the perfect Catholic study to fall more in love with Jesus by growing closer to His Mother. Meetings are twice a month, October - April.
The Liturgy Bible Study group meets each Thursday after the 9 am Mass and uses the book "The Bread of Life" Catholic Bible Study for the liturgical cycle. We work on the readings we will hear at the upcoming Sunday Mass by reading them and preparing the responses to questions raised in the book for each reading. We find the cross references from Old to New Testament in the questions give us a greater appreciation for how they are related and how Christ did indeed come to fulfill the promises made in the Old Testament. We also pray for the souls in purgatory, for priests and vocations to the priesthood, for expressed needs of the group and our world at the conclusion of our meeting. For more information, call the parish office and leave a message for Marie Tito.
