Dear Friend of St. Stephen the First Martyr, 

On November 2, 2024, St. Stephen the First Martyr Parish is hosting our 2^nd annual Catholic Conference, “Satisfy Your Soul, Called to Be Saints”, at our parish in Warwick. This year’s conference includes nationally and regionally known Catholic speakers, Eucharistic Adoration, a closing Mass, confessions, pop-up shrines and more. 

The letter is an invitation to join as a vendor of Catholic/Christian religious articles at our conference. We are providing vendor space in our church atrium, adjacent to our sanctuary where the talks will take place.

We are pleased to offer two vendor options. If you plan to join us and will be selling merchandise, the vendor space is $35/8’ table. If you would like to be present to provide information to participants but won’t be selling wares, we are asking for a $10 donation. Vendors at our conference will be listed in the event program. 

If you are interested in participating, please complete the attached vendor form and return to us with payment, no later than October 15. Checks should be made to St. Stephen Church, with Catholic Conference in the memo line.
